The Anglo-American University is the oldest private university in the Czech Republic and it has been even recognized as one of the most international universities in Europe. AAU offers 17 undergraduate and graduate programs in English to students from over eighty countries around the world.
AAU prides itself on small, interactive classes designed for authentic engagement and discussion thanks to an average of just 15 students per class. The individual attention from professors, diverse community and emphasis on practical learning prepares students perfectly for the global marketplace.

Those are offered in cooperation with international partners.

Admission and entrance exams
We welcome students from all over the world and from all academic backgrounds. We require that students be able to demonstrate their English proficiency in addition to providing the required documents listed here.
All students will need to have an interview with the Dean of their chosen program as part of the application process, and this interview can be conducted either in person or via skype. Ultimately, the Dean will make the final decision regarding acceptance.
AAU proudly has rolling admissions, so we encourage students to apply at any time. We look forward to receiving your application! Additionally, if you would like to schedule a visit to our campus or plan to attend an upcoming open house event please click here.
