Prague City University offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in collaboration with our key academic partner Teesside University from the UK. Our programme specializations and interests stem from our focus on work with industry and our commitment to the individual student experience and the fostering of leadership skills, communication and creativity.
Following the British model of education, our Bachelor’s degrees are undertaken over three years and our Master’s degrees are over one to two years. We also offer unique one-year Foundation programmes in Business, and also Art, Design & Media Practice, as well as a number of professional diplomas and accountancy certificates. In addition, our School of Education offers a Bachelor’s degree and a professional qualification for teaching English in Czech secondary schools and language schools internationally. Both programmes are accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT).
At Prague City University, you live and learn alongside students of business, art, design, education, computing and media from more than seventy countries. So how about you?
Admission and entrance exams
At Prague City University our Admissions Team makes the application process for each applicant as smooth as possible. We work with each applicant on an individual basis to find out what his or her needs and requirements are, as we want to offer the best possible choice of programme. There are no application fees or entrance examinations.
The application can all be completed online and once submitted, we will arrange a final interview with the Programme Leader. This is a crucial part of the application process. The interview is conducted in person at Prague City University for applicants who are able to travel to us or by Skype or Zoom for international applicants.
We encourage all applicants to visit Prague City University, meet our staff and students and see our campus firsthand. The Admissions team, lecturers and students are always happy to share their experiences with you.
