About us
The Faculty of Education offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programmes as well as a variety of shorter lifelong learning courses. It continues to meet success in developing its scientific and artistic activities while accomplishing internationally comparable results in various fields. The faculty is well-known for its quality education of future teachers and it is also involved in a number of international scientific projects focused on educational innovations.

Nearly 2 200 students attend the Faculty of Education and it employs 153 educators and 92 non-teaching employees. The faculty is structured into 15 departments in charge of studies, scientific and artistic activities as well as 13 administrative and operating units. All of these facilities are spread around in four buildings both in the historical and modern parts of České Budějovice.
