STUDENT CITY: Liberec
Liberec is the fifth largest city in the Czech Republic with a population around 150,000 inhabitants. The city is dominated by Ještěd Tower located on the peak of Ještěd hill. In Liberec, there is the Technical University of Liberec which was founded in 1953. The university has around 7,000 students enrolled at seven faculties and one specialized institute.
